I mentioned before that I had licensed "Three Hours" and recorded a version with my jazz quartet. Well, the CD, "No More, No Less" is in production now and should be out in 3 weeks.
In the meantime, I have made the mp3's available for download. Click here to check it out and let me know what you think!
Cheers,

puts me in mind of Miles Kind of Blue, "All blues" particularly!

Got the CD this week. Thank you very much, Jason!
Kind Of Blue... indeed, also Brubeck's Time Out come to mind. The atmosphere is like those scenes in Bird and Round Midnight: small jazz-clubs with relaxed, but intense jazz-music. The album contains one original from Jason (opener Bashert) and fine reworkings from songs from amongst others Cole Porter, George Gerswin and of course Nick Drake. This 10 minutes version of Three Hours makes this album well worth to buy alone. |

Thanks all! Being mentioned in the same breath as Nick, Miles Davis and
Dave Brubeck is extremely humbling and exciting. I can't thank you enough for your kind words and support.
The full album is available now as a CD, download, and even a package with bonus materials. You can stream the whole thing and purchase the format of your choice at http://oneworkingmusician.com/my-music.
I would be honored if you'd add the music to your collection! _________________ Jason Parker
