Bit grim at the end, but I thought it was interesting in places. It's just different to what I would do - but shows we see Nick's songs in different ways.

The river seems to have turned into an "autobahn", which might be a modern view. The end was a bit predictable after we saw the guy in his bedroom. I liked the bird-scenes, but using this wonderful music for a final scene like this I find very tasteless.

I suppose this was only a selection from the entire movie, which I haven't seen.. Wim Wenders is just a name Id heard of... to be honest I don't engage much with cinema or movies.

But the imagery on that vid was just so affecting, even without River Man... in fact i watched it mute with the volume turned down a couple times...

Just ,, um ineffable....
