I think Nick listened to The Velvet Underground and was rather perplexed by the whole experience, thus perused it. Listen to Nico (1967) and you tend to understand his disposition when Clale entered the scene. I wonder how many Drake fans would visit the flat on Hampstead had it not been crumbled. I for one would like to have seen where Bryter Layter was written…
