Hi, mainly Bernie, Ostar, Road Warrior, maybe Matt and others
Do you like the Traveling Wilburys?
If so you probably may know they have a Deluxe Edition (2CD + DVD) collection out on 11th June.
It's all happening in June isn't it.

Of course I like the TW & have collected so far all that was available. Now this promises to be a very interesting edition

Hi,
I do have a copy of TW vol 1 somewhere which I really like but vol 3 wasn't my favourite album I must admit. Be interesting to see what's on the DVD though! |

Hi
No Ostar there is no Vol 2. Apparantly Vol 2 is considered as the Tom Petty album Full Moon Fever, and the other Wilburys 'guest' on it, except for Bob Dylan.
The De Luxe Set (linen bound) features Vol 1 and 3 with bonus tracks, bonus dvd and 40page collectable book with photos, and a uniquely numbered certificate of authenticity. The dvd contains all 5 music videos, a history of the T W's, a short documentary when the first album was created and interviews with all five Wilburys. There will also be a standard version available.

HazyJayne you really know your stuff! The single Handle with Care was out 28th May, and the box set was out on June 12th.
If anyone else is interested in them, check out the The Wilburys Minisite for more info, music/videos etc. The new material is also available on iTunes |
