where should i start. do i need a special guitar. does he use a guitar pic or finger strumming mainly?

After spending many dozens of hours going over and learning the guitar parts to all the Drake albums, I can say for sure he never used a pick---its always his fingers. Sometimes as many as 5 fingers! Also his nails were long, which lends that distinctive plucking sound to most of what you hear.
