Definitely - love them. Years ago (like, 20 years ago) I got promoted from a crap job to an (ever so slightly) less crap job and bought myself a Japanese CD box set of the complete S&G as a treat.
Some of their songs are amongst the best ever recorded and Paul Simon is right up there with Nick as one of my favourite acoustic guitarists |

Great , becuase of limited funds at the moment ive only got the greatest hits (the one with the live versions of sounds of silence and brdge over troubled water) and downloaded Only living boy in New York.
when i was a toddler apparently i managed to eat part of my dads simon and garfunkle cassette tape obviously rendering it un playable. This im sure is were my love of music comes and especially Simon and Garfunkle.
What in your opinion is the best album ? im saving to purchase a new oen i hate being skint _________________ "But the man is me, yes , and the girl is you" |

| I'd go for Bookends or Sounds of Silence I think. The latter is only £2.99 on Amazon at the moment! |

One of the more beautiful contributions of Simon & Garfunkel to the history of the music.
Of course I wouldn't minorize any of their songs, but I think this, My Little Town, is a perfect portrait of some generations starting by theirs.
Words, melody, harmony seem to melt and paint that very portrait. |
