Woah there Fuschillo. Nick definatly didnt play a full blown dreadnought (A guild D-25 is just that) He played a Guild M20, gives for a much mellower, less bassy and overpowering tone. Amazingly suited to his voice. The Guild M20 was the only acoustic guitar he ever used on his 3 official LPs. It definatly wouldnt be Circa 1971-1973. Pink Moon was released in 1972...
Happy Listening

of course it is a
D-25,look at the picture on Bryter Layter. Same guitar Ryan Adams uses, the same one I bought in 1972 at Manny's Music.

This is a D-25
This is an M-20: http
.
This is the cover to Bryter Layter: http
(the m20 is a concert body and has a deeper, mellower tone, not so cheery and bright as a d-25 dreadnaught
Decide for yourself.

| Thats not Nicks guitar on the cover of Bryter Layter. Its a guitar borrowed from Martin Sharp (who was a flat mate of Eric Clapton)for the photo shoot. |
