In the Nick Drake documentary- there is a scene where the producers of one or more almbums were talking about a song where the streets of London at night were the influence for the song. Does anyone know what song they were talking about? I do know that it had strong orchestral backgrounds. Thanks

The song is "At The Chime Of A City Clock" on the Bryter Layter album.
